San Francisco, CA, April 28, 2020 – dLocal, an award-winning fintech company that specializes in cross-border payments for emerging countries, announced today that it added Google Pay to its local payments methods offerings.

Google Pay now is fully compatible with dLocal’s payments solution, meaning merchants can accept the popular digital wallet immediately with minimal effort on their part.

“Our experience shows that offering consumers the flexibility to pay online with the payment method of their choice greatly increases the chance of completing the purchase,” added Sanchez.

From helping merchants to reduce cart abandonment to delivering faster checkout, Google Pay continues to show positive outcomes for merchants in both developed and emerging markets.
